Jasmin Spahic was nominated as new CEO of Sberbank BH d.d. Sarajevo. He will succeed Edin Karabeg, who is expected to be appointed by the shareholderas new CEO of Sberbank CZ in the Czech Republic. Enver Lemes will join the Management Board of SBBH as Board Member responsible for Corporate Banking.
Jasmin Spahic, who is a banking professional for more than 12 years, joined Sberbank in April 2013 as Head of Retail, after he had been working at UniCredit BiH as Head of Sales in Retail, and became Board Member responsible for Retail at SBBH as of June 2015. Mr Spahic successfully transformed Sberbank BH´s retail operations into a modern and lean organization, increased significantly the number of clients by offering top competitive products and, hence, contributes significantly to the overall bank´s profitability.
Enver Lemes, an experienced senior financial manager, joined SBBH in October 2013 as Head of SME, and in May 2014, he became also responsible for Corporate business. Before he moved to Sberbank, Mr Lemes held several managerial positions in Corporate and Retail business at UniCredit BiH. During the past three years, Enver Lemes has built a new SME/Corporate team in SBBH that became one of the strongest corporate sales teams on the market.

The personnel changes are subject to the approval by the Banking Agency of the Federation BiH.
